Ingredients :
- 3/4 cup moong daal
- 1/2 cup boiled milk
- 3/4 to 1 cup water
- 1/4 to 1/2 condensed milk
- 4 table spoon butter oil
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tea spoon cardamom
- 2 to 3 almonds
Methods :
- Drain and grind the moong decalitre coarsely victimization little or no water.
- Prepare one-string sugar syrup with sugar and one and half cups of water.
- Soak saffron in hot milk. Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan and add the ground moong dal and sauté, stirring endlessly, over low heat until the decalitre turns golden brown.
- This wants time and patience. don't rush through this step.
- Add the syrup and saffron milk.
- Stir until they're completely incorporated and also the halwa is of dropping consistency.
- Add mawa and cook until it dissolves.
- Serve hot fancy with almonds.
